Emmy Hartley is an advertising agency veteran having worked in the industry for over 20 years. She started her career on the media buying and planning side and now focuses on agency operations as a Chief Operating Officer. She has a passion for process and is energized by opportunities to identify efficiencies and create pathways to great work.
Emmy has long had a heart for service in the nonprofit space, and is currently a member of the board for directors of the Lexington Public Library Foundation, Easterseals Bluegrass as well as the national advertising internship program BLAC: Building Leaders & Creators.
Yajaira Aich West has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. She currently focuses on managing philanthropic investments in the eastern half of Kentucky and southeast Ohio, coordinates client events and leads employee initiatives around health and wellness.
Yajaira is an active member of the community via volunteerism and board service. She is currently a Lexington Public Library Trustee, a VisitLex Commission member and serves on the following nonprofit board of directors: Child Care Council of Kentucky, Commerce Lexington Foundation & Kentucky Chamber Foundation.
